Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping company.

Important Notes

• Inspection upon delivery is not available. Please make sure to verify your order details and sizes before completing your purchase.
• Partial delivery or partial refusal of an order is not permitted. The order must be either accepted in full or refused in full. Partial order acceptance is not available.
• Free shipping offers apply only when the customer accepts and receives the order. In case of refusal or failure to receive the shipment for any reason not attributable to the company, the customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping cost.
• Please have the full order amount ready upon delivery, as the delivery representative is not obligated to provide change or split cash payments.
• In some cases, an advance payment (deposit) or advance payment of the shipping fee may be required to confirm the order before shipment, in accordance with the company’s policies and order verification procedures.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Period

Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date the order is received.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Underwear
• Thermal wear sets
• Socks
• Towels
• Leggings
• Any similar products

Shipping Costs

• The company covers the shipping costs in full if an incorrect or different product is sent.
• In all other exchange or return cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Product Refunds

For returns, the product value will be refunded after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition, within a maximum of one business day.

Orders Paid Through ValU

Orders paid through ValU are not eligible for monetary refunds. They may only be exchanged for other products of the same total order value.

Products Purchased as Part of Offers & Discounts

Products purchased as part of offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns are eligible for exchange only within the applicable exchange period. They are not eligible for return or monetary refunds.

The general terms and conditions governing exchanges and returns are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
