Exchange & Return Period

Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Underwear

  • Thermal wear

  • Socks

  • Towels

  • Leggings

  • Any similar hygiene-related products

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed, depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier.

Important Notes

  • Customers may choose the Inspection Before Acceptance service in areas where this service is available. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees whether the order is accepted or rejected after inspection.

  • Partial acceptance or partial rejection of an order is not permitted. Orders must be accepted or rejected in their entirety. Partial delivery or order splitting is not available.

  • Free shipping promotions apply only when the order is successfully accepted and received by the customer. If the customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the shipment for any reason not attributable to the company, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges.

  • The company will cover all shipping costs only if an incorrect item was sent.

  • In all other exchange or return cases, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

  • For approved returns, the refund will be processed within one business day after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.

  • Please prepare the exact order amount upon delivery. The shipping courier is not required to provide change for cash payments.

The general terms and conditions governing exchanges and returns are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
